During the training sessions is where the features and functionality of the various software programs comprising the ACT solution all come together to address Broadcasting’s requirements. Each session – one for sales staff, another for management and a third for IT administration, is customized to the job responsibilities of the attendees.
The training is designed to emphasize how the integrated application – ACT along with the various add-ons and enhancements (see below) – delivers specific benefits; for example, get more done in less time, shorten sales cycle and improve closing ratios. Demonstrating these benefits with specific examples drawn from actual day-to-day work procedures is the most effective encouragement for users to enthusiastically employ the application in their job functions. |
